Even if it meant looking at 11 in less than two weeks haha. Dean is knowledgeable on potential risks in terms of hazards in the homes we looked at, and Deb is very knowledgeable on the title agencies and on how FHA functions. Together they made a wonderful team to work with that I have and will recommend others to use in their home buying process.

She was very patient with me, even when I didn't put in an offer on the "perfect" house. It really was a great house but there were a few reasons that it wouldn't work for me. She was willing to negotiate and was very professional about it. She and Dean were very helpful. They treated me like a friend and answered my questions with knowledge and honesty. They were even willing to point out potential problems, which I really appreciated. They helped me weigh the pros and cons of each house and to ultimately choose the house that will best fit my needs.
