Debra and Dean guided me thru both a purchase of a 3 unit investment property and also the sale of my father in law estate. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and knowledge they shown us thru both these transactions. They responded to all my questions promptly and all kept me up to date. We've known Dean & Deb for many years. They helped us sell a couple of properties in the last couple of years. They were exceptional, as they handled it all. We were out of town during part of the process & they took care of everything. We even sold a property from out of state, which was very helpful. After we sold our first property, a neighbor was interested in my Realtor, so I gladly introduced them. He was so thankful, he couldn't stop talking about it, & how fast they sold his.
