Debra is the realtor you want to use when you are looking for or selling your home. She is extremely kind and helpful. She helped guide me through the process and stayed in constant contact with all parties involved to make sure the deal went through smoothly and easily. She would come out to the house whenever i was un-able to let in contractors and others with no hesitation. Shes the type that will show you a home at 9pm at night with flashlights so you can see it one more time before putting in an offer. I couldnt recomend anyone better to deal with when it comes to real estate!

Deb was amazing, she took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a home. She didn't pressure us into buying something we didn't love and gave us the knowledge and advice to make the right choice. What was even amazing about her she made herself available night and day.

Debra was Highly Recommended to us by a co-worker and his glowing review of her was right in the money. We had to find, close and move into a new home within a month. Debra was able to come up with listings and showings that fit our needs with remarkable speed. When we found the home we were looking for the bank messed up on the closing pushing it back a week, making us miss our one month deadline to move. Debra stepped up and contacted the Realtor handling our new home and negotiated an agreement that let us move into our new home before closing. Debra is professional and personable and is willing to make what can be a stressful situation into a comfortable experience. We have recommended Debra Heavner to several others and we are pleased to continue to do so. She is very, very good.
