I feel so blessed to have gotten the opportunity to work with Debra. We felt so taken care of and that she truly had our best interest. It's been very rare for us in the past finding a realtor who took the time to get to know us and didn't make us feel like we were wasting their time or was just a number. Teaming up with Debra was a breath of fresh air. She listened to what we were looking for, had our backs the whole time, made the full process as smooth as possible and stayed by our side to the very end. Debra is an absolute angel.

We've known Dean & Deb for many years. They helped us sell a couple of properties in the last couple of years. They were exceptional, as they handled it all. We were out of town during part of the process & they took care of everything. We even sold a property from out of state, which was very helpful. After we sold our first property, a neighbor was interested in my Realtor, so I gladly introduced them. He was so thankful, he couldn't stop talking about it, & how fast they sold his. Deb was amazing to work with for buying and selling! Her knowledge, attentiveness, and experience helped us sell our house for top dollar and buy our new house for a great price! If you choose Deb for a realtor, she will invest in you to make sure you are rewarded with sale in the end! We had a professional photographer take pictures of our home and I believe this helped our house get a lot of attention! Deb was always there for us when we had questions and made sure we never got screwed over by anyone. She has great connections in mortgage loan officers, home inspectors, etc. She is not afraid to take a risk for you, including suggesting that you ask 20k less than asking on a house and getting what you want! I would recommend Deb and Dean to anyone and already have! My mom plans on using them as their realtor when they sell next May! I feel like we made a new friend by the end of our experience!
